The Process to Your Dream Home
Consultation
The process starts with a meeting where we’ll discuss your vision for your home and how we can help bring it to life. From the information gathered in this meeting, we can offer a rough estimate for the project.
Design
Next, we’ll gather all the additional information and measurements we need from your home and begin designing your project— collaborating with you throughout. We’ll present the design, talk through feasibility, challenges, and assemble a cost estimate that we guarantee to be within 10% of.
Build
We’ll flesh out and explore any other final design elements during the final step, and review the project with trade and vendor partners for pricing. Next, we’ll move to start construction. Before starting construction, we’ll sign a contract to ensure every ‘t’ is crossed and ‘i’ dotted.
